A perfect clinic and excellent staff. Specially Priya who treats me .She is the most sincere, cheerful, dedicated girl who gives 200% to her service be it facial, hair treatment or laser.. anyone who undergo her service is bound to be a fan not only of her but of the clinic. I come to this clinic only because of her from last 8 years. My niece who is now in US doesn't stop praising Priya who did her laser treatment. She knows very well what is the skin type n what type of cream n facial would be suitable. This makes her a perfect employee who knows 100% about her responsibilities and a great service provider. I went to scissor hand parlour (bangur nagar, Goregaon West) there the owner of parlour Geetha , has ruined my face by applying lactic acid (30% concentrate), that ruined my whole face. Because which I had lost my projects and my confidence. But I am thankful to Kaya and especially Dr Anjulika Bhagchandani, she firstly had gave me positive hopes that my face will get better and she actually helped my with her treatment and most importantly words. She had given me hope that I will be fine soon and treatment worked it’s magic in just one session. It was a drastic change on my face. My go-to aestheticians are Shaila and Anita for my laser sessions. Both of them make sure that I'm comfortable and well taken care of. They are patient and are well trained in their art. Their eye for detail and warm nature sets them apart from the rest. The best part at Kaya is that they never try to upsell and don't pester you to buy products and services. Madhvi manges the place well and looks after the clients and her staff well. She is warm and accomodating which makes the appointment experience a breeze. I am visiting Andheri Kaya clinic from last 4 years. I did laser treatment, facials, peels, Q-switch. And for each treatment I have recieved fab results. I am very happy with the services. Dr. Anjulika is so friendly , she give genuine guidance and helped me to take right decisions. Even during sessions she make me so comfortable. The dermatologist was thorough in their assessment and created a personalized plan that has significantly improved my skin, recommended IV treatment that significantly helped me to reduce the pigmentation all over and along with that I also took peels and Insta skin brilliance treatment. I visited Kaya Andheri east for my hair fall and hair thining concern. Doctor suggested me Qr678 and GFC treatment for me and I trusted them and started the treatment with them, my half treatment is done and half is pending but must say I have got fantastic results from the treatment and I then also started doing facials with them, highly recommend Kaya Andheri east for all skin and hair treatment concerns! ~ Sentara T
